OLOBO’s mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. We are building a global community where people can create and share, discover the world around them, and connect with others across the globe. As we grow, we are committed to maintaining a supportive environment for our community. Our Community Guidelines define a set of norms and common code of conduct for OLOBO; they provide guidance on what is and is not allowed to make a welcoming space for everyone.
At OLOBO, we prioritize safety, diversity, inclusion, and authenticity. We encourage creators to celebrate what makes them unique and viewers to engage in what inspires them; and we believe that a safe environment helps everyone express themselves openly. We deeply value the global nature of our community, and we strive to take into account the breadth of cultural norms where we operate. We also aim to cultivate an environment for genuine interactions by only allowing authentic content on OLOBO.
Our Community Guidelines apply to everyone and to everything on OLOBO. By using our services and agreeing to our Terms of Service, you agree to abide by the letter and the spirit of the Community Guidelines below. You also agree that we may terminate or suspend your access to OLOBO, or remove your content, if we decide that your content or conduct violates these Guidelines or our Terms of Service.
Enforcement
If we determine that your behavior violates these Guidelines, then we may terminate or suspend your account, block or limit access to OLOBO, remove content or limit its visibility, or take other actions we deem necessary to protect our rights and our users. You may not create new accounts or otherwise try to circumvent our enforcement measures. These Guidelines do not create enforceable rights for users or third parties, and failure to enforce these Guidelines does not constitute a waiver.
We will remove or limit the visibility of any content – including video, audio, livestream, images, comments, and text – that violates our Community Guidelines. In most cases, individuals are notified of our decisions and can appeal if they believe no violation has occurred. We will suspend or ban accounts and/or devices that are involved in severe or repeated violations. When warranted, we will report the accounts to relevant legal authorities.
We proactively enforce the Community Guidelines using a mix of technology and human review. We also encourage our community members to report any content they believe violates our Community Guidelines at support@dot3company.com.
Our algorithms are designed with trust and safety in mind. For some content – such as spam or videos under review for violations of these Guidelines – we may reduce discoverability, including by redirecting search results or limiting distribution in the content feed.
We recognize that some content that would normally be removed per our Community Guidelines could be in the public interest. Therefore, we may allow exceptions under certain circumstances, such as educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic content, satirical content, content in fictional settings, counterspeech, and content in the public interest that is newsworthy or otherwise enables individual expression on topics of social importance.
In consultation with relevant stakeholders, we update our Community Guidelines from time to time to evolve alongside new behaviors and risks, as part of our commitment to keeping OLOBO a safe place for creativity and joy.
Rules about content and conduct on OLOBO
Violent organizations
We do not allow promotion of violent organizations, including terrorist, extremist, or transnational criminal organizations. We do not allow content or accounts that advocate for, direct, or encourage other people to commit violence. This includes any attempts to recruit, raise funds, or generate support for violent organizations. To effectively protect our community, we may consider information available offline to identify violent organizations on our platform. If we find such organizations on OLOBO, we will close their accounts.
Violations include:

Content that praises, promotes, glorifies, or supports dangerous or organizations
•
Content that encourages participation in, or intends to recruit individuals to, dangerous organizations
•
Content with names, symbols, logos, flags, slogans, uniforms, gestures, salutes, illustrations, portraits, songs, music, lyrics, or other objects meant to represent dangerous organizations
Violent threats and incitement
We do not allow content or accounts that threaten or incite violence. When there is a threat to public safety or an account is used to promote or glorify off-platform violence, we may suspend or ban the account. When there is an imminent risk of danger, we may report threats to relevant legal authorities.
We do not allow content or accounts that advocate for, direct, or encourage other people to commit violence.
Violations include:

Threatening to cause physical harm to an individual or a group
•
Encouraging others to commit, threaten, or promote physical violence
•
Instructions on how to make or use weapons
Hateful behavior
OLOBO is a diverse and inclusive community that has no tolerance for hateful conduct. We do not permit content that attacks, threatens, incites violence against, or otherwise dehumanizes an individual or a group on the basis of the following protected attributes: race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, serious disease, disability, immigration status.
Violations include:
•
Saying that an individual or group is physically, mentally, or morally inferior because of a protected attribute
•
Targeting individuals or groups with slurs or other derogatory terms intended to disparage on the basis of a protected attribute
•
Calling for violence against individuals or groups on the basis of a protected attribute
•
Referring to an individual or group as animals, inanimate objects, or other non-human entities
•
Denying well-documented violent events that targeted individuals or groups with protected attributes
Regulated goods, services, and activities
We do not allow content that sells or promotes the sale of highly regulated or criminalized goods and services.
Violations include:
•
Offering the purchase, sale, trade, or solicitation of counterfeit goods and services;
•
Offering the purchase, sale, trade, or solicitation of drugs or other controlled substances, alcohol or tobacco products (including vaping products)
•
Drugs and controlled substances;
•
Human trafficking;
•
Poaching or illegal trade of wildlife
•
Offering the purchase, sale, trade, or solicitation sexual services;
•
Offering the purchase, sale, trade, or solicitation weapons.
Use of drugs and controlled substances
We also do not allow content that promotes the use of highly regulated drugs or other controlled substances.
Violations include:
•
Depicting or promoting drugs, drug consumption, or encouraging others to make, use, or trade drugs or other controlled substances
•
Providing information on how to buy illegal or controlled substances
•
Depicting or promoting the making of illicit alcohol products
•
Depicting or promoting the misuse of legal substances, or instructions on how to make homemade substances, for the purpose of becoming intoxicated
Fraud
We do not allow content that seeks to mislead or defraud users, including any sale or promotion of goods or services that relies on manipulation or deceit to gain an unlawful financial or personal advantage. We also do not allow gambling content, or content that could be perceived as advertising for gambling activity.
Violations include:
•
Phishing or phishing services
•
Ponzi, multi-level marketing, or pyramid schemes
•
Promoting investment schemes with promise of high returns, fixed betting, or any other type of scam
•
Promoting gambling services, or that could be perceived as advertising for casinos, sports betting, or any other commercial gambling activity
Private personal information
We do not allow content that appears to violate the confidentiality of personal data or personally identifiable information (PII). We remove content that appears to contain a person’s private personal information from the platform.
Violations include:
•
Sharing a person’s non-public personal data or PII, including personal identification numbers, identity documents, financial account information, medical records, residential information, and personal contact information
•
Threatening to expose personal data or PII
Violent and graphic content
OLOBO celebrates creativity but not shock value or violence. We do not allow content that is gratuitously shocking, graphic, sadistic, or gruesome or that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies extreme violence or suffering on our platform.
Violations include:
•
Violent or graphic deaths or accidents
•
Gore such as open wounds or injuries
•
Dismembered, mutilated, charred, or burned remains
•
The slaughter or other non-natural death of animals
Suicide, self-harm, and dangerous acts
We do not allow content depicting, promoting, normalizing, or glorifying activities that could lead to suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. We also do not permit users to share content depicting them partaking in, or encouraging others to partake in, dangerous activities that may lead to serious injury or death.
However, we do support members of our community sharing their personal experiences with these issues in a safe way to raise awareness and find community support. We also encourage individuals who are struggling with thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or who know someone is seriously considering suicide, to contact local emergency services or a suicide prevention hotline.
Suicide
We remove content that displays suicide, suicidal ideation, or content that might encourage participation in other self-injurious behavior. We also remove content that depicts attempted suicide or content featuring a person engaging in behavior or intending to engage in behavior that is likely to lead to self-inflicted death. We prohibit any form of content that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies suicide, provides instructions for suicide, or posts that portray a suicide as heroic or honorable.
Violations include:

Suicide games, dares, pacts, or hoaxes

Posting or linking to suicide notes
Self-harm and eating disorders
We do not allow content that normalizes, encourages, or glorifies self-harm behavior, including content that promotes disordered eating habits.
Violations include:

Promoting eating disorders, including instructions or plans related to disordered eating
•
Self-harm games, dares, pacts, or hoaxes
Dangerous acts
We do not allow content that promotes or depicts inherently dangerous acts that risk serious physical injury or death.
Violations include:
•
Depicting or promoting dangerous stunts, dares, or pranks, including those directed to minors
•
Instructions to kill or harm
•
Depicting or promoting hard drug use or creation
•
Depicting or promoting the consumption of substances that are not meant for consumption and could lead to severe harm
Abuse and harassment
Abusive behavior
We believe in an inclusive community and individualized expression without fear of abuse. We do not allow abusive behavior, including threats, bullying, harassment, insults, or other behavior that seeks to humiliate, hurt, degrade, or dehumanize. Abusive content or behavior will be removed from our platform. We take a particularly strict stance against any abuse that targets a minor.
To enable expression about matters of public interest, critical comments of public figures may be allowed; however, serious abusive behavior against public figures is prohibited.
Violations include:

Insults on the basis of intellect, appearance, personality traits, or hygiene
•
Targeting or harassing with harmful or hurtful rumors
•
Disparaging victims of violence or denying violent events
•
Sharing media intended to humiliate
•
Encouraging self-harm
•
Wishing harm or death on a person or group
•
Promoting abuse, harassment, or bullying by others
Sexual harassment
We do not allow content or behavior that involves unwanted or inappropriate sexual behavior directed at another individual.
Violations include:
•
Unsolicited or unwanted sexual advances
•
Unwanted or unsolicited comments on a person’s attractiveness, body, or sexual attributes
•
Simulating sexual activity with another user
•
Disparaging another’s sexual activity
•
Revealing or threatening to reveal a person’s private sexual life, including sexual history or intimate images
•
Revealing or claiming to reveal a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity
•
Synthetic sexual media created to resemble another person
Threats and blackmail
We do not allow behavior that exposes or threatens to expose a person’s private personal information. We consider these online behaviors as forms of abuse and do not allow them on our platform.
Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

Threats to reveal private information
•
Threats of blackmail or hacking another’s account
•
Inciting or encouraging others to hack or reveal private information
Sexual exploitation of minors
We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that sexually exploits or attempts to sexually exploit minors. We are deeply committed to ensuring the safety of minors on our platform. We do not tolerate activities that perpetuate the abuse, harm, endangerment, or exploitation of minors on OLOBO. Any content, including animation or digitally created or manipulated media, that depicts abuse, exploitation, or nudity of minors is a violation on our platform and will be removed when detected. When warranted, we report violative content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other relevant legal authorities.
Child sexual abuse material
We do not allow sharing, posting, offering, or soliciting child sexual abuse material. Child sexual abuse material includes content that is overtly revealing of breasts, genitals, anus, or buttocks, or behaviors that mimic, imply, or display sex acts involving minors. We do not allow the depiction, including digitally created or manipulated content, of nudity or sexual activity.
Violations include:

Sharing, posting, offering, or soliciting images, including computer-generated images, of sexual activity with minors
•
Sharing, posting, offering, or soliciting images, including computer-generated images, of exposed genitalia, pubic regions, female nipples or areola, or buttocks of a minor
•
Sharing, posting, offering, or soliciting images, including computer-generated images, of a minor undressing
•
Sharing, posting, offering, or soliciting images, including computer-generated images, of sexualized minors, including minors dancing in a sexualized manner
•
Promoting, normalizing, glorifying, offering, or soliciting sexual activity with a minor
•
Depicting, promoting, normalizing, soliciting, facilitating, or glorifying pedophilia or the sexual assault of a minor
•
Sexualized commentaries about a known minor
•
Sharing links with the intent of sharing child sexual abuse material
Grooming behavior
We do not allow adults to engage in inappropriate interactions with minors, including any effort to build an emotional relationship with a minor in order to gain the minor’s trust for the purposes of sexual contact, sexual abuse, trafficking, or other exploitation.
Violations include:

Requests for on or off-platform contact with a minor
•
Requests for personal information of a minor
•
Solicitation of sexual content or nude imagery from a minor
•
Sexual comments directed at a minor
•
Gift-giving directed at a minor
•
Promoting, normalizing, or glorifying grooming behaviors
•
Displaying or offering nudity or sexual content to a minor
Adult nudity and sexual exploitation
We strive to create a platform that feels welcoming and safe. We do not allow nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content on our platform. We also prohibit content depicting or supporting non-consensual sexual acts, the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, and sexual exploitation.
Adult nudity
We do not allow depictions of clothed or unclothed genitals, breasts, or buttocks that are intended for sexual gratification. This includes pornography, sexually explicit activities, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
Violations include:

Depictions of nude adults, including exposed human genitalia and digitally created or manipulated content
•
Content involving explicit or implicit sexual acts or behaviors, including fetishes
•
Groping, voyeurism, or any other content that involves someone in a sexualized manner without their consent
Sexual abuse
We do not allow content that depicts sexual exploitation or abuse.
Violations include:
•
Soliciting, promoting, normalizing, or glorifying non-consensual sexual acts or non-consensual touching, including rape and sexual assault
•
Soliciting, promoting, normalizing, or glorifying the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexual images that are taken, created, or shared without consent
Minor safety
OLOBO considers a minor any person under the age of 18. Users must meet the minimum age requirements to use OLOBO, as stipulated in our Terms of Service. When underage account holders are identified, we will remove those accounts. To protect minors on the platform, some of our features are age restricted.
Harmful activities by minors
We do not allow any content that encourages minors to do inherently harmful activities. This includes the possession or consumption of substances prohibited for minors, the misuse of legal substances, engagement in illegal activities, participation in physical challenges or dares that may threaten the well-being of minors.
Violations include:
•
Promoting the possession or consumption of any controlled substances, including alcohol, tobacco or drugs, by a minor
•
Offering instructions to minors on how to buy, sell, or trade alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances
•
Promoting or depicting that may jeopardize youth well-being, including physical challenges, dares, or stunts
Bullying and harassment of minors
We do not allow any content that promotes or could cause the physical, emotional, or psychological abuse and/or distress of a minor.
Violations include:

Calls for self-injury
•
Claims or attacks about sexual activity, sexual orientation, or gender identity
•
Degrading a minor based on physical appearance or character traits
•
Ranking minors based on physical appearance or character traits
•
Highlighting specific physical characteristics of a minor to negatively draw attention
•
Exposing minors to mature themes
•
Simulating parental abuse
•
Coercing minors
•
Violence directed at minors
•
Any violations of the harassment and abuse policy directed at minors
Integrity and authenticity
We do not allow activities that may undermine the integrity of our platform or the authenticity of our users. We remove content or accounts that involve spam or fake engagement, impersonation, misleading information that causes harm, or that violate any intellectual property rights.
Spam and fake engagement
Fake engagement includes any content or activity that seeks to artificially inflate popularity on the platform. We prohibit any attempts to manipulate the platform to increase interaction metrics.
Violations include:

Instructions on how to artificially increase views, likes, followers, shares, or comments;
•
Selling or buying, or attempting to sell or buy, views, likes, followers, shares, or comments
•
Promoting artificial traffic generation services
•
Operating multiple OLOBO accounts under false or fraudulent pretenses to distribute commercial spam
Impersonation
We do not allow accounts that pose as another person or entity in a deceptive manner. When we confirm a report of impersonation, we may ask the user to revise the profile or suspend or ban the account.
We do allow parody, commentary, or fan accounts, as long as the user indicates in the bio and username that it is a fan, commentary, or parody account and not affiliated with the subject of the account.
Violations include:

Posing as another person or entity by using someone else’s name, biographical details, or profile picture in a misleading manner
Intellectual property violations
We do not allow content that the users do not own or otherwise have the rights to share. You may not create or post content that violates others’ intellectual property rights, including under laws prohibiting copyright and trademark infringement.
When provided with the required information, we will remove or disable access to material that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights and take action against repeat infringers. To report intellectual property infringement,[insert link to email or reporting tool].
